What this statement covers
This statement explains privacy on these public Infogility pages and the choices available through Site Information. It covers viewing the pages, following links and saving browser preferences. Product platforms, client engagements and separate contact services may provide additional privacy information and are governed by their relevant agreements and notices. Please read those notices when using those services.
Viewing the website
These pages have no account registration and do not use analytics or advertising tags. Artwork is served from this website, and typography uses fonts already available on your device. Like other websites, the hosting service receives connection information needed to deliver pages and assets, including an IP address and browser request information. The contact form processes your enquiry fields in your browser to prepare an email draft; it does not post them to a website server.
Choices saved in your browser
Cookie Preferences saves an essential-only choice in this browser when you select it. Do Not Share/Sell My Personal Information saves a separate opt-out preference. These controls do not require your name, email address or an account. The website reads these local records to remember your choices; it does not submit them as a request to an Infogility contact system. A detected Global Privacy Control signal is applied as an opt-out for this browser and saved where browser storage is available.
Keeping and changing your choices
Your cookie preference remains valid for six months. You can clear it through Cookie Preferences without removing your separate opt-out. The opt-out remains until you clear this website’s browser data. Choices apply to this browser and device. If storage is unavailable, the controls explain when a choice can only apply to the current page session. Cookie Statements provides further detail.
Contact and other websites
Contact Infogility opens our contact page. Selecting an enquiry topic carries that topic to the form but does not submit an enquiry. External links take you to separate websites, whose operators receive connection information and any details you choose to provide there. Check the destination’s privacy information before submitting personal or confidential information.
Your rights and questions
Depending on applicable law and your circumstances, you may have rights to access, copy, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a relevant privacy authority. To raise a privacy question or make a request concerning information held by Infogility, use Contact Infogility and identify the relevant service and request. Applicable verification requirements and legal exceptions may affect how a request is handled.
Contact enquiries
The contact page prepares an email draft in your mail application or copies it to your clipboard. The website does not send enquiry fields to a server. If you send the email, your email provider and the recipient process it through their normal email systems.
